Program Manager

Project  : Web Portal Management

Client     : MSN India

Project Description:

As the producer of the web portal, India Syndicate manages content creation across all channels and is responsible for achieving pre-defined goals in terms of page views and unique users via promotion of content and ensuring content currency at all times.

Job Description:

• List out and track all activities carried out on a day-to-day basis that leads towards achieving the stated project goals.
• Work with the Managing Editor and Channel Manager to track daily deliverables of the team.
• Create quality metrics on productivity and quality working in conjunction with Channel Managers.
• Report back with MIS reports on the above and link it to the weekly / monthly deliverables as fixed from time to time.
• Coordinate with stakeholders (both internal and external) to plan out specific content driven activities and ensure its delivery per detailed quality and time schedules.

• Excellent communication and inter-personal skills to coordinate with multiple teams.
• Sound knowledge of MS Excel and MS PowerPoint.
• Ability to analyze data using Excel tools like Pivot Tables.

• MBA or equivalent with at least two to three years experience in relevant areas.
• Exposure to the web media will be an advantage.
